A very professional and quick turnaround by Mr. Kapil Inderjeet Vohra for cleaning a lens for me with short notice. I had a bad case of fungal spread inside a very good Canon 100 mm f2.8 Macro lens and have been debating on how to get it cleaned. I stay far away from a major city with such facilities and an internet search led me to Mr. Vohra's profile on Google. He was quick to respond to my queries over Whatsapp and willing to spare some time to work on my lens even though it was on very short notice. I had a trip planned for which the lens was needed so the quick turnaround was important too. And indeed a day later I was back home with a clean functioning lens that I can carry with me. Kapilji work on my lens himself, was quick and knew his way well around the encased lens. His references are also very impeccable and many of the known photographers seem to defer to him for their work. I will strongly recommend his services for all kinds of camera/ lens trouble. I noticed that he was quite familiar with different systems and brands - so you can rest assured of the brand and type of lens you own. I noticed people dropping even drones at his doorstep with full confidence. I have a couple of other lenses that I will be hauling back to him when I get time but also for any of my needs in the future for sure. A final appreciation for his quick turnaround. Edit: his small sitting area also has a collection of photography coffee table books that are an interesting read if you are waiting.

My 3 cameras were not in working condition, 2 old film cameras and 1 canon g12 powershot. Long ago I have shown these film cameras in Chandni Chowk camera market but didn’t get any positive response on repair. Canon g12 powershot was deposited at Canon service centre in Connaught place in 2016 but they failed to repair it. During a ride to sand-dunes my camera’s in-built zoom lens was stuck which they release but service engineer also told me that camera is not functional yet and can’t be repaired and even if they think to repair, it may cost 10-12 thousands to change the entire unit and since 2016 it was just sleeping in my almirah. Later I did show it to couple of people outside service centre but everyone told me that such powershot cameras can’t be repaired. I never threw it away as personally I like the model and I took a chance to show it to Kapil ji as well recently after hearing good things about him. I myself found Kapil ji really good at his work and he owns sharp technical knowledge. He was quick and having such finesse in his hands. He tried to repair all 3 cameras then and there, though I had to leave two film cameras with him as it needed more time to repair but to my wonder he quickly helped me to recover canon g12 after 4 years and he quoted his service fee reasonably. A small shop, easily to be missed out while walking on the road but the person behind it is really skillful and soft-spoken.

My Osmo Plus had a fall and was of no use. I couldn’t find a service centre. Took a chance and called Kapil ji. He promised to give it a try; he opened it carried out minor repairs since my battery had run out by then. We could not check it out properly. He refused to take money saying it was a very small work. I had to take it another time that time for another issue. This time he has sorted out everything. Through the service we had an interesting chat. I will definitely recommend.

Hi ! I have a canon digita camera which has not been working since 3 years and it has been placed rest at home. I had no hope but sir has completed and repair it with in two hours and now its working.
I was facing a problem in my Nikon D7200. Whenever I used to click a picture at fast shutter a white spot used to come at the corner of image even after getting it serviced by Nikon service centre. While I was travelling India, I dropped my lens and destroyed and I was looking for a repair place. Although the frame was distorted and autofocus was not working. I knew that the repair shop was located in this area and I went to this store which was good in evaluation. And my lens was corrected in about three hours without any part replacement. I was saved because the price was also good and I was really in trouble.

Kapil Ji is a very hard working and a dedicated person. I had my 18-55mm lens damaged by a kid and i had sent it to Kapil ji for repair through courier, while in transit after repair, it was again damaged, this time too badly. Highly recommended to approach him if you need your camera repaired. I had a Canon G7X with a deep scratch in the lense glass and Canon wanted to replace a big chunk of the camera for big money. I was asking around at independent repair stores but nobody could help. Luckily I found Sanjay Photo Store. They got the spare glass within one day and replaced it for a really reasonable price. Don't go somewhere else, go there and leave happy.
